From February 2022 I am working as HR Manager in the company. I am dedicated to the professional development of the K&L Rock Group team, organising training sessions, preparing payroll documents and my agenda also includes recruitment. I actively search for suitable candidates and conduct recruitment interviews. I work closely with the company's top management and am also involved in the development and implementation of the company's internal and external communication strategy.

During my undergraduate studies, I started working at DELOR Tailoring, a premium tailoring company, where I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon. I was in charge of administration and invoicing, taking care of VIP clients and I was also responsible for the overall look and design of the salon, which is located in Prague's Vinohrady district.

Jan Lobo is an expert in finding and executing new business and investment opportunities. He has extensive experience in the equity, currency and commodity markets and especially in real estate. He has been trading on the stock market since his youth.

He started his career in the world of finance as a sales manager at a forex broker, where he was engaged in selling and brokering investments in currencies, stock titles or commodities. He worked first in the Czech Republic and later in Cyprus. Jan Lobo's original dream, however, was to move into real estate development and to implement projects that are not only beautiful to look at, but also functional and well executed. He did not give up on his vision and after gaining experience in the financial and capital markets, he decided to combine the two fields. 

Thus, at the end of 2019, he and his colleague Erik Kmet founded the K&L Rock Group, which launched an alternative investment fund in 2020. The fund appreciates client funds through a unique combination of real estate investments, equity and commodity trading and private equity. 

The K&L Rock Group currently has nearly half a billion crowns of assets in its portfolio and its activities are divided into three main areas - asset management and appreciation, real estate projects and private equity investments. 

In addition to managing real estate and development projects, Jan Lobo is also involved in creating and implementing the overall strategy and vision of the Group. He also personally manages a team of around a dozen salespeople and oversees their training and professional development. He is also dedicated to building relationships with investors and sourcing new business and investment opportunities. Jan Lobo played hockey from childhood until he was 20 years old. He sees the experience he gained during these years as a great preparation for life and business.

Erik Kmet's is an experienced portfolio manager who has been in the capital and financial markets for over 10 years. Investing and creating investment strategies have been his great hobby since his days as a professional hockey player. After retiring from his active career, he decided to pursue investing full time.

Erik Kmet started his career as an investment broker and gradually worked his way up to a managerial position. However, his vision was to start his own fund and focus on trading as well as the management and appreciation of clients' assets under his company's banner. Therefore, at the end of 2019, he and his colleague Jan Lobo founded the K&L Rock Group, which launched an alternative investment fund in 2020. The fund appreciates client funds through a unique combination of real estate investments, trading in equity and commodity markets and private equity.

The K&L Rock Group currently has nearly a quarter of a billion crowns in assets in its portfolio and its activities are divided into three main areas - asset management and appreciation, real estate projects and private equity investments. Within the Group, Erik Kmet's focus is not only on the creation and implementation of the overall strategy or vision, but he is also personally active in the management of client portfolios. Despite his extensive experience, Erik Kmet's education and broadening of his horizons is ongoing. For example, he is currently undergoing the CFA training program, whose successful graduates receive the most important internationally recognized certification in investment management.

Erik Kmet's great hobby is hockey, which he played professionally until the age of 25. As a goalkeeper he worked in the second highest and later in the highest Slovak hockey league, for example in HC Prešov and HK Poprad. As he says himself, hockey gave him a great preparation for the business - it taught him teamwork, responsibility and discipline. In addition to hockey, since 2019 he has also been practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, in which he holds a blue belt.
