Dear friends,

hereby we would like to inform you about the progress of our development project in Světlá nad Sázavou, where our fund is preparing a modern residential unit on a plot of 4000m2.

The current timeline is planned as follows:

Q3/2021 - design development for study
Q2/2022 - processing of planning permission and building permits
Q2/2022 - start of construction and start of sales of residential units
Q3/2023 - complete completion of construction
Q3/2023 - approval and handover of the units to the owners
