Building permitted!

Our project Residence na Bradle in Světlá nad Sázavou has passed its first big milestone. We have received the official building permit from all necessary authorities. "We can finally start implementing our project and we have the green light from the building authorities and dozens of other concerned state administration bodies,"  comments the great news Mgr. Currently we have signed a contract with the general contractor, and within a month we will hand over the site and start construction work." says Efremov.
