Phase I – Modern Living in Světlá nad Sázavou
Our development in Světlá nad Sázavou has successfully eVysočinahe construction phase. A five-storey residential building with a total of 43 units is currently under development, with completion planned for Q4 2025. The building will feature modern architecture, high-quality finishes, private parking, and a strong emphasis on both functionality and aesthetics.
This project offers accessible, comfortable, and high-standard living in the heart of the Czech Republic – ideal for young couples, families with children, and seniors alike. It responds to the growing demand for new housing in the Vysočina Region and represents the first step in revitalizing an attractive part of the town.

Phase II – Natural Expansion of a Proven Concept
Following the success of the first phase, the second stage of the project is set to launch in 2026. It will introduce 96 new residential units and over 100 parking spaces across an area of approximately 4,500 m².
Phase II will significantly expand the range of high-quality housing available in Světlá nad Sázavou and provide a long-term solution to the increasing demand for real estate in this part of the Vysočina Region.
The project will further enhance the area’s appeal and continue our vision of creating accessible, functional, and architecturally valuable residential communities suited to various stages of life.
